WHO IS THE DATA CONTROLLER:
We inform you that the Controller of your personal data is POLONEZ PLUS sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Ściegiennego 252, 25-116 Kielce, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS no.: 0000096766, holding tax identification number (NIP): 6571026504, national business registry number (REGON): 290604078 hereinafter referred to as “Controller”.

PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS OF DATA PROCESSING:
The processing of your personal data shall take place for recruitment purposes based on the applicable legal provisions, and the legal basis for our actions is Article 6(1)(c) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter: GDPR). In pursuit of this purpose, data may be used in the process of profiling, the purpose of which is to target job offers to candidates with the right qualifications for the job (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).

The processing of data in a broader scope than that resulting from the labour law and for future recruitment purposes shall take place on the basis of the consent expressed in the recruitment form (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR).

DATA RETENTION PERIOD:
Your personal data shall be stored for a maximum of 5 months from the date of your application. Personal data shall also not be processed after you have withdrawn your consent or lodged an objection, in situations where you are entitled to do so.

DATA RECIPIENTS:
The recipients of the personal data provided by you may be third parties supporting the Controller in the recruitment process (recruitment consultancy, IT support). However, these entities process data exclusively in line with the recommendations of POLONEZ PLUS Sp. z o.o.

THE RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT:
You have the right to access your data, demand its rectification, erasure, lodging an objection, limitation of processing, transfer of data to another controller, complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the law.

Providing your personal data, collected by us on the basis of the binding regulations, is voluntary but necessary in order to fulfil the above mentioned purpose. The consequence of failing to provide personal data shall be the inability to participate in the recruitment process.

The provision of data based on your consent and processed on the basis of our legitimate interest referred to above is voluntary and does not affect the recruitment process.
Your consent may be withdrawn at any time. Its withdrawal shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing of your personal data.
